You own your photos and profile text but give us a license to host and display them. Some features may be paid (memberships/credits).
We moderate content and may suspend or remove accounts that break rules. Use the Service at your own risk; always take care when meeting people.

1) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking “I agree,” you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update the Agreement from time to time; the updated version becomes effective when posted. Material changes will be highlighted or notified where required by law.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
Adults only. You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Accounts by minors are prohibited and will be removed.
One real person per account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password confidential; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may refuse or terminate service. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion (e.g., policy or legal violations, risk, inactivity), including removing content. Where legally required, we’ll provide notice.
3) What we are (and are not)
Beautifuladies is an online matchmaking / introduction platform and communications facilitator. We do not perform criminal background checks, health checks, immigration checks, or professional licensing verification on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others on and off the platform. We work with selected partner agencies (“Suppliers/Partners”) who help verify and present profiles; they are independent contractors, not our employees.
4) User Content & License
Your content. You own the text, photos, and other materials you upload (“User Content”).
License to us. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, perform, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Service (including via our partner agencies and on affiliated properties), and to create derivative works for formatting and moderation. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable technical/backup retention and to any onward sharing already lawfully made.
Your promises. You have all rights needed to post the content; your content doesn’t infringe others’ rights; and it complies with these Terms and applicable laws. Do not upload images or data of others without their consent.
Moderation. We may edit, refuse, or remove content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
5) Acceptable Use Rules
You agree not to:
break the law or others’ rights (privacy, publicity, IP, contractual, or other rights);
post or send illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
post explicit sexual content, nudity intended to arouse, or content sexualizing minors (zero tolerance);
post others’ personal data (addresses, emails, phone numbers) or dox/track people without consent;
spam or solicit commercial offers; run contests or promotions without our written consent;
scrape, crawl, or attempt to reverse‑engineer the Service; interfere with security or access controls;
use the Service for escorting, human trafficking, or any sexual services for compensation;
impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions;
send malware, phishing, or harmful code.
We may rate‑limit messaging or features to reduce spam/abuse.
6) Messaging & Off‑Platform Contact
For safety, we may restrict sharing external contact details until certain conditions are met. You are solely responsible for your communications and meetings. Consider video calls first, meet in public places, tell a friend, and avoid sending money or sensitive documents.
7) Paid Services, Credits & Refunds
Prices & taxes. Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on region.
Auto‑renew. If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically at the then‑current price until cancellation in your account settings or by contacting support before the renewal date.
Credits. Credits have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and typically non‑refundable once used or after any cooling‑off period provided by law. Promotional/free credits may expire.
Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable (including for partial periods) if you cancel or if we terminate for your breach. If the Service is unavailable due to our fault for a material period, contact support; we may, at our discretion, provide a remedy (e.g., replacement credits).
Chargebacks. Disputing a legitimate charge may lead to suspension. Please contact support first; we’ll try to help.
8) Intellectual Property (Site/Brand)
The Service (software, design, trademarks, logos, and content not uploaded by users) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without permission.
9) Copyright Complaints (Notice Procedure)
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, please email beautifuladies@gmail.com with:
(1) your signature, (2) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material (URL),
(3) your contact details, and (4) a statement of good‑faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury.
We may notify the user and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
10) Third‑Party Links & Partners
We may link to or integrate third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Your use of them is at your discretion and subject to their policies.
11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement). We do not guarantee any particular outcome, match, or relationship.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, employees, and partners) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) 100 USD (or equivalent), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14) Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts in Tel‑Aviv‑Yafo, Israel for any dispute not subject to consumer‑mandatory jurisdiction elsewhere.
Consumers in the EU/UK may also have mandatory rights under their local laws.
15) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features with notice where feasible. We may update these Terms; continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance. Where required by law, we will seek your consent for material changes.

Directly from you; automatically via your device; from partners/suppliers who help onboard or verify profiles; and from publicly available sources (where lawful and relevant to your profile).
3) How We Use Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)
Provide the Service (create your account, display your profile, enable discovery and messaging). Legal bases: contract necessity; legitimate interests.
Service providers (hosting, email/SMS, payments, analytics, moderation) under contract;
Partner agencies who help present or moderate profiles (limited to what’s necessary for the Service);
Other users according to your profile visibility and Service flows (e.g., women/agency view of approved men’s profiles; public or limited visibility of women’s profiles as configured);
Authorities where required by law or to protect rights/safety;
Business transfers (mergers, acquisitions) subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal data as that term is defined in many privacy laws. We may share limited data for advertising/analytics with your consent.
5) International Transfers
We operate globally and may transfer data to countries outside your own (e.g., EU ↔ Israel, Ukraine, USA). We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) where required by law.
6) Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., safety, accounting). If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal or safety retention. Temporary/"pending" records may be archived for anti‑abuse auditing before deletion.
7) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. 8) Marketing Choices
You can opt in/out of marketing emails in your account settings or via unsubscribe links. Transactional/service emails will still be sent as needed.
9) Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar tech for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. Where required by law, we will display consent tools. You may adjust your browser settings, but core features may not function without certain cookies.
10) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and be cautious when sharing information with others.
11) Children
The Service is for 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child is using the Service, contact us and we will remove the account.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post changes with an effective date, and seek consent where required by law.
